In PEOPLE’s exclusive first look of the episode, Faris is seen helping tear apart the kitchen’s old cabinets with a hammer.
Of working with Faris, Drew, 45, told PEOPLE that she was fully involved in the project.
“I had to be away from the project a little bit, and she jumped in extra days and was filling in for me not being there, and no complaints, no worries. She was showing up before Jonathan would even get to site, which is kind of funny,” he says.

Before the premiere of the latest season, Jonathan, 45, said in a news release statement that getting to help celebrities transform their loved ones homes is “so moving.”
“The celebrities we partner with are incredibly genuine — they really want to do something kind for the people who have given so much to them and others. Their dedication to these special renovations is so moving, and I think that’s why we all ugly cry at every episode,” his statement read.
