The Fusion Garage claim seems to center around there being a “ lack of any stately legal human relationship or contract ” between the two ship’s company , despite their openly working collectively on JooJoo ’s development . Much of the filing is the legalese rendering of JooJoo’sprevious response , and in parts say like a terribly uncheerful ( and one - sided ) history of what could have been a terrific machine . That is , before it became moderately muchirrelevant .
