The discovery of the structure is the result of a field led by University of Illinois cathartic prof Klaus Schulten , which used the Blue Waters supercomputer to violate down the HIV capsid — which includes 1300 + identical protein and over 64 million corpuscle — and reassemble it into an accurate structural modelling .
