The first batch of prescribed photos from Netflix and Marvel ’s Jessica Jones have been released . No one looks felicitous .
The series will follow Jones as she recovers from a disastrous remnant to her superhero career and starts a police detective authority , so being serious makes sense . In the photos we ’ve also get a glimpses of Jessica Jones ( Krysten Ritter ) with her best acquaintance Trish “ Patsy ” Walker ( Rachael Taylor ) ; Luke Cage ( Mike Colter ) tend legal profession ; the potential Jones friend Harper ( Carrie Ann Moss ) ; and , of class , Kilgrave , a.k.a . the supervillain the Purple Man ( David Tennant ) .
There ’s not a pile you’re able to separate from these photos , other than that Ritter ’s got a slap-up thousand yard stare going on . And all of these character are face pensively at something just off - camera .
Jessica ’s leather crown is bang-up , but I think Tennant ’s hair is winning these pic . You almost do n’t notice the purple scarf there to cue us of the comic playscript character ’s name .
