Josh Brolinis filled with love this Valentine’s Day.
In a Friday, Feb. 14Instagrampost, theDune: Part Oneactor, 57, showed his love and appreciation for his wife,Kathryn Boyd Brolin, 37, hisfour children, friends and extended family. In the post, he shared several photos from throughout the years posing with different loved ones.
In one picture, Josh showed his younger daughters,Chapel Grace, 4, andWestlyn Reign, 6, walking on the beach and playing in the sand. Another featured an intimate moment between Josh and his wife as the two shared a kiss.TheGooniesstar also shared photos of himself with histwo oldest children, Eden, 30, and Trevor, 36, who he shares with ex-wife Alice Adair.
“Kathryn, Trevor, Eden, Westlyn, Chapel and all my friends and extended family. Happy Valentine’s Day,” he wrote in the caption. “The love I’ve been privy to, to give and to receive, is beyond my easy comprehension. Y’all mean the world to me. Life is able to breathe with you in it. Happy Love for Free Day.”

TheAvengersstar married his first wife, Adair, in 1988. That same year, the pair welcomed their son, Trevor. Their daughter, Eden, followed in 1994, but the pair divorced shortly after.
Josh added two new additions to the family during his third marriage with Kathryn. The coupletied the knotin 2016, and two years later, theywelcomed their first child together, daughter Westlyn Reign. Theirsecond daughter, Chapel Grace, was born in 2020.
“I will have lived a lifetime of children and that’s wonderful to me,” he said in a 2021 interview withFatherly.

In November 2024, Josh told PEOPLE that though he was “tougher with my older kids,” due to the lax nature of his own upbringing, his younger daughters have been testing him.
“My girls are strong personalities and they’re testing it, and I know the test,” he explains. “Kids look up to you like a god, and they think if they can break you then they’re not safe.”
Ultimately, theBrothersstar’s kids bring great fulfillment to his life.
“It can make me cry when my children laugh; it’s the greatest joy I can feel,” he shared with PEOPLE. “Like my son and I were laughing on the phone last night and we were cracking up when I was driving, and he was like, ‘Wow, you’re on one today.'”
