The actress, 49, walked the red carpet in a white Erdem suit. The set included tailored trousers and an embellished blazer that she went topless under.
AsHarper’s Bazaarpointed out,the black sequin floral motifs on her jacket could have just passed as a spot of sparkle on the otherwise understated monochromatic look — or a nod to Winslet’s never-to-be-forgotten role inTitanicas Rose DeWitt Bukater.
Winslet’s jewelry included black and white diamond deco Martin Katz drop earrings set on 18K white gold, put on full display thanks to her effortlessly put-together updo, and a matching black diamond ring. Her makeup included a glossy rose lip, bold brows and peachy cheeks.

The movie picks up in the late 1930s as Nazi Germany’s power in Europe rises and as Miller engages in a relationship with an art dealer named Roland Penrose (Alexander Skarsgård), according to the synopsis. Once World War II breaks out, Lee begins working forBritish Vogueand continually grows frustrated with limitations placed on female photographers that leave her only to work in England during the war effort.

The Regimeis Winslet’s third HBO limited series, afterMildred Pierce, for which she won an Emmy as a tough, ambitious waitress, andMare of Easttown,for which she won another Emmy.
The Regime"tells the story of life within the walls of a modern authoritarian regime as it unravels," per itssynopsis. “After not leaving the palace for quite some time, Chancellor Elena Vernham (Winslet) becomes increasingly paranoid and unstable and turns to a volatile soldier, Herbert Zubak (Matthias Schoenaerts), as an unlikely confidant. As Zubak’s influence over the chancellor grows, Elena’s attempts to expand her power eventually result in the palace and the country fracturing around her.”

Hugh Grant worked on the movie with Winslet, which was their first movie together in 29 years, since 1995’s Jane Austen adaptationSense and Sensibility.Grant, 64, also received a Golden Globe nomination this year for his role inHeretic.
“It was honestly amazing because I haven’t really seen him sinceSense and Sensibility, and as you say, it’s a very, very long time — three decades,” Winslet toldEntertainment Tonightat the show’s New York City premiere last February. “I just was excited to get in a room and play with him in this kind of more grown-up version of myself.”
