On Sunday, the 33-year-old niece ofPrincess Dianashared the surprise news in anannouncementon Instagram to markMother’s Dayin the U.K.
“It’s the joy of my life to be your mummy, little one. I love you unconditionally 🤍 Happy Mother’s Day to those who celebrate today 🤍,” she captioned the post.
Their younger brother, Samuel Aitken, also commented on Kitty’s post with a single red heart emoji.

Kitty’s happy news comes nearly three years after shetied the knotwith her husband Michael Lewis, 65, in Italy. The couple married in front of friends and family at Villa Aldo Brandini in Frascati on July 24, 2021.
Kitty and the millionaire fashion mogul also went on to honeymoon in Italy, a country that holds a special place in Kitty’s heart.
She studied in Florence for three years and told theLondon Evening Standardin 2021 that “the love and passion I feel for life is ignited in Italy. I hope to have a proper base there someday and it is certainly where I would like to retire.”

Kitty’s happy news comes as her father,Charles Spencer, is sharing theharrowing details of his time as a studentin a British boarding school in his new memoir,A Very Private School.
The 9th Earl Spencer’s memoir will be released on March 12.
