An anonymous woman has filed a sexual assault and battery complaint againstrapper T.I.and his wife Tiny Harris, claiming the couple drugged her, then took her back to their hotel room and raped her after meeting at a Los Angeles club in 2005.
“On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations,” the statement read. “For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”

While at the club, Doe claims Tiny gave her a drink, then brought her back to a hotel room with T.I. and two other women. After the two other women left, Doe alleges Tiny took her clothing, and she was left feeling “extremely shocked and uncomfortable” after the couple joined her in the shower.
After the shower, during which T.I. allegedly told Doe that Tiny would bathe them both, Doe claims she was “signaled” to get into bed with T.I., and felt “extremely dizzy and lightheaded” as she made her way there, leading her to believe she’d been drugged.
While on the bed, T.I. allegedly turned on a pornographic movie and demanded Doe rub oil on his back and naked body. Then, Tiny joined them in bed and allegedly began to massage Doe, making her feel “sick, disgusted and nauseated,” according to the complaint.
At that point, with Tiny straddled on her back and “pinning” her down, T.I. allegedly “proceeded to slide his toes into [Doe’s] vagina.” The complaint alleges that Doe told the “Whatever You Like” rapper “No,” then tried to move him “out of her and away from her.”

After vomiting, Doe says she went back to the couch “naked, dazed, sickened and weak,” and passed out until the following morning. The complaint says she awoke the next day with her vagina “in serious pain,” and claims she felt “an itching and burning sensation.”
Doe is seeking unspecified damages for sexual battery, battery, sexual assault, negligence, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress, as she claims the incident has prevented her from “performing daily activities and obtaining the full enjoyment of life.”
The New York Timespreviously reported in 2021 that there’d been a police investigation into an alleged 2005 incident involving an Air Force veteran who’d claimed T.I. and Tiny had raped her in a hotel room after she’d become “incapacitated” after drinking with them at a club in Los Angeles.
The couple denied the claims at the time, calling them part of a “sordid shakedown campaign,” and prosecutors declined to ever bring charges in the case due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
Doe’s complaint was filed this week under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act, which extends the statues of limitations for sex abuse and assault victims to December 2026.
