“When I wrote@theheatherraeelmoussa’s birthday card I started thinking about our journey,” Tarek wrote in the caption. “We moved in together a few days after our first date and today we are celebrating her birthday for the 5th time! When we met, we talked about everything we wanted.”
“Almost 5 years later it’s all come true. We are married, we have a son, we have a show, we have businesses, and we are still best friends,” he added. “Happy birthday bunny, I couldn’t do this life without you!:) I love you more and more every day. ❤️ "
Heather then responded in the comment section of Tarek’s post, writing “Love you so much honey ❤️❤️❤️❤️ the sweetest.”
On his Instagram Story Tarek shared more from the birthday celebrations for his wife, including a floor strewn with red rose petals, a bedroom decorated with plenty of balloons and a new pair of sunglasses for her special day.
“What do you mean I wrote it myself? Who’s gonna write the card for your birthday,” he joked, as she responded, “the assistant wrote it.”
Heather’s birthday isn’t the only big day that the duo has celebrated in recent weeks, as they both toasted Tarek’s sonBrayden’s 8th birthday in August. Tarek shares Brayden and daughterTaylor, 12, with exChristina Hall, while he shares 6-month-oldTristanwith Heather. Heather also celebrated Tarek’s own birthday in anInstagram post in August.
Heather and Tarek met on the Fourth of July in 2019 through mutual friends, got married in October 2021 and have since experienced life together with their blended family.

“Brays 8th birthday celebration today at Dave & Busters, Shark themed, of course, and he had so much fun 🎉🫶🏻 🦈 We can’t believe he is 8!!! Big boy! He’s getting cuter and cuter,” the pair wrote in a joint post last month.
In a later post, Brayden’s dad reflected on how “time flies and your kids grow fast,” revealing that he couldn’t believe his “big boy Bray is turning 8.”
“I put together a little slide show! Yesterday we celebrated his birthday with the family at Dave and Buster’s, and that night we went to the Angels game. It was just the coolest night and it is so fun celebrating our back to back birthdays!!”
He then added, “In the last two weeks alone we’ve been camping, sport fishing, dirtbiking and to a pro ball game! I’m just loving being this kids dad and I’m so excited for all the new fun things we are now doing. Things keep getting better and better and our bond stronger and stronger. I just love this kid❤️❤️❤️!”
